The decision to buy flowers is made quickly. I had about 8 more open tabs with other flower shops. If they answer for a long time in one place, then I call another. You managed to quickly select and pay on your site. But there was no immediate answer and I began to worry. But what if you do not have a bouquet / you have already closed / flowers are sluggish / delivery does not work and when will the delivery be? I need now. The worst started when the contact phone was turned off. And even worse, the girl from the uniform on the site said that you are not delivering after 6 because of the pandemic. As a result, I have no money, flowers, guarantees and even no one to complain to. Awful shopping experience. If you want to receive customers who will pay on the site without a manager's contact, then you can make a tracking tracker, as in chocofood or glovo. If there are no resources for this yet, then add an order confirmation from the manager by phone so that people are not left alone with their guesses. And always provide work numbers for communication. So that someone can solve the problem quickly and without panic over the phone.
