I ordered a bouquet for Mom on March 8th. Flowers did not deliver the eighth, only the ninth. I understand that there is a lot of excitement and orders, but I wanted to bring joy on that day. Today, having contacted the general manager, we decided to give the service a chance to rectify the situation. The bouquet turned out to be simply gorgeous, plus sweets and a postcard from the company were in the subject. Mom was very moved, because unfortunately, it is not possible to give it personally.
