I live in the USA, I ordered delivery of flowers, chocolates and balloons for relatives for my relatives. Instead of 2 bouquets, only one was delivered, the balls were lost at the courier along the road. Immediately I wrote to the support service with a request to deliver the second bouquet and balls on the same day, as the next day, the recipients will not be at home, and then it makes no sense to deliver, because It’s important that the greeting comes on a holiday, not after. They promised that they would do everything. Time is 12 nights, the bouquet was not delivered, the support service ignores my messages and did not even apologize! Just cheated! I will demand a refund and I will find a decent service next time!
